“ I have to say I was Very impressed with the team at this Broad St location by Mt C East last night! Even though several people were coming in close to closing computers registers were down so cash only... They were STILL wellstocked wtheir meats, chips guac everything ELSE as well as I could tell. I was ordering for myself coworkers, so I think we got just about all the toppings in between all of us! The staff mgmt of this location should be recognized commended they were all working together, on the line front of house back of house. They were friendly professional, despite what Im sure was a very stressful situation. As a nightshift medical worker for 20 yrs, I frequent many different Cbus area Chipotle locations. I almost expect to find that latent, certain faves like guac, carnitas or corn salsa might be out if I try to go last halfhr I get it. My first time in this location, I just wanted to say how appreciated their hard work was. Its tough to find decent food at 1011 at night, when some of us finally get a break! Many other locations could def take some lessons from whatever theyre doing right here... Thanks so much keep up the good work!!!! ”

Sarah with the cool hair was beyond helpful. She is often there when I stop by always seems to be making sure the place runs smoothly. She definitely has gone above beyond what is expected of her! As a customer service employee myself, I really appreciate seeing such sincere staff. Keep employees like that youve got my business! ”
